Bonita J. Usher has worked with and for seniors
in southern Maine for the last 25 years in a variety of roles. Most recently she started a Faith Community Nursing Program with a Home Health Care agency. The program has grown to 13 parishes with more than 100 active volunteers all serving seniors in need. She was recognized in 2012 as Advocate of the Year by the Home Care & Hospice Alliance of Maine.
A former Maine state legislator, Bonita helped with many
issues affecting seniors in her district. She is a graduate of
the University of Southern Maine with a degree in leadership
and organizational studies.
Bonita has enhanced her knowledge of senior moves and estate
dispersal from Barbara Morris, the founder of Smooth Transitions,
the largest senior move management company in the country.
